PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent belt slip from occurring due to dewing by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This belt drive transmission is formed such that a belt 36 is stretched across a motor pulley (drive pulley) 35 and a drum pulley (driven pulley) 34, the rotation of the motor pulley is transmitted to the drum pulley through the belt, and a flexible member 52 is pressed against the inner surface of the belt 36 and the belt 36 is run. The transmission comprises a dewing removal means 50 removing dew adhered to the inner surface of the belt. The flexible member is formed, for example, so as to produce capillary force, formed to be brought into contact with a member which produces the capillary force, formed of a material with water-repellent, or to be pressed against the inner surface of the belt by the running of the belt by using a pressing means.
