PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scuff plate mounting structure capable of ensuring the mounting quality on a side sill part, constituting a double seal by an opening weather with retrofitting seal, and passing an opening trim with seal to the whole periphery of an opening part in a scuff plate with an outer scuff plate and an inner scuff plate integrated with each other. SOLUTION: An upper surface of an outer panel 1 of a side sill part of a vehicle, an outer scuff plate 4 to cover the upper surface of an inner panel 2, and an inner scuff plate 5 are covered on a flange 3 to join the outer panel 1 with the inner panel 2, and integrated with each other by a projecting curved portion 6 to hold the flange 3.
