PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch which is small in size and excellent in performances. SOLUTION: A cathode of a diode D11is connected to a transmission terminal Tx. The cathode of the diode D11 is earthed to a ground through a transmission line 12. An anode of the diode D11 is connected to an antenna terminal ANT. The antenna terminal ANT is connected to a receiving terminal Rx through a transmission line 13. A cathode of a diode D12 is connected to the receiving terminal Rx.
