PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated water-resistant paper good in the adhesion of a paper base material with a thermoplastic resin layer and having good cutting properties and punching processing properties. SOLUTION: This laminated water-resistant paper is constituted by laminating one or more thermoplastic resin layers on at least one surface of the paper base material and is characterized in that the layer coming into contact with the paper base material of the thermoplastic resin layer comprises a mixture of straight chain low density polyethylene synthesized using a single-site catalyst and organic fine particles.
