摘要
本发明提供一种用以操作一小型物件的系统,包括一承载器,将该小型物件传送到一基板上,让该基板接收该小型物件。一流体液滴将该小型物件用可分离的方式耦合到该承载器及/或基板上。将小型物件耦合到流体液滴系与将流体液滴耦合到基板上有关,且系以电润湿效应为基础用电气方式来进行控制。
