PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsated gas flow rate measuring apparatus for accurately measuring a pulsated gas flow rate even if a forward flow and a backward flow drastically and aperiodically change and eliminating a constraint of an installation space. SOLUTION: The apparatus is attached to a gas flow path 19 in which the forward flow and the backward flow drastically and aperiodically change, and is provided with a positive displacement gas meter 22 for outputting a pulse signal 6 at each time when the predetermined quantity of the gas 2 passes, a differential pressure transmitter 24 for detecting a pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet of the positive displacement gas meter and outputting a positive or negative differential pressure signal 7, an adding/subtracting circuit 26 for adding the pulse signal 6 when the differential pressure signal 7 is positive and subtracting the pulse signal when the differential signal is negative, and a flow rate transmitter 28 for outputting a cumulative value of the added/subtracted pulse signals or the cumulative value for each constant period.
