<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic material driven even at high vibration velocity or large amplitude, having high output and high temperature stability. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition is expressed by a composition formula, Pb<SB>1-x</SB>[(Mn<SB>1/3</SB>Sb<SB>2/3</SB>)<SB>a</SB>Ti<SB>b</SB>Zr<SB>c-y</SB>]O<SB>3</SB>(where, a+b+c=1) and the range of (a), (b) and (c) is the inner region of a polygon having I, J, K, L, M and N respectively as apexes and including each line in a ternary composition chart and (x) and (y) are in a range of 0<x≤0.03 and 0<y≤0.015, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
