PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coil components for performing impedance matching with the other party of connection, and for easily providing characteristic impedance without large-sizing it. SOLUTION: Spiral conductor patterns 4A and 4B are laminated so as to be faced to each other through an insulating layer 3b. The spiral conductor patterns 4A and 4B are connected in parallel so that a parallel coil can be formed. Spiral conductor patterns 5A and 5B configuring the parallel coil are laminated so as to be faced to each other through an insulating layer 3e at the upper side in the same way. The arrangement position of the spiral conductor pattern 5A is positioned so as to be faced to the spiral conductor pattern 4B through insulating layers 3c and 3d. All the spiral conductor patterns 4A, 4B, 5A and 5B are shaped so as to be overlapped with each other. The respective spiral conductor patterns 4A, 4B, 5A and 5B are provided with capacitances with the other spiral conductor patterns so that the capacitance can be easily increased by preventing them from being shifted.
