<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle terminal device and a vehicular operation control system in which both vehicles and drivers can be reliably and safely controlled in a related manner when one or a plurality of vehicles are shared by a plurality of drivers, manual control labors are saved, and the vehicles can be efficiently operated. <P>SOLUTION: The identification number of a driver's license of a driver is recorded in a memory in advance of an on-vehicle machine to transmit/receive information to/from an IC card type driver's license, and the on-vehicle machine reads identification number information from the IC card type driver's license possessed by the driver, collates the read information with the recorded content registered in the memory in advance. If the identification number information of the driver's license of the driver is matched with the recorded content registered in the memory in advance, the driving operation of the automobile can be performed without requiring any engine key. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
