PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a neem oil emulsion facilitating the dilution thereof when utilizing the emulsion and having stabilized emulsion state without using a surfactant at the production. SOLUTION: This method for producing the neem oil emulsion involves emulsifying the neem oil in an alkali solution having pH 11-12.5 by stirring by the rotation of 3,000-20,000 rpm. The alkali solution is one of an aqueous solution of a compound (base) generating a hydroxide ion OH<SP>-</SP>by being dissolved in water, and an alkali ion water obtained at a cathode side (negative pole side) when electrolyzing an electrolytic solution containing an electrolyte by an electric energy.
