<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system for a work-shift form which does not require high shift generation ability on an employer's side for generating an optimum shift, and also provide a system for promoting the awareness on working of a staff working under a work-shifting form. <P>SOLUTION: In the operation system for a work-shift form and the system for promoting the consciousness on working of a staff working under a work-shift form, following means are provided: an attendance will confirming means which confirms the will to attend of a working staff to the working staff, before the working staff starts the work, a vacancy supplementation determining means which provides notification that there is a vacancy and determines whether to fill the vacancy, an vacancy supplementation requesting means which requests the supplementation of the vacancy, a working staff selecting means which automatically selects a new working staff, and an attendance evaluating means which gives attendance evaluation data of positive or negative point to a working staff who is absent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
