<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diary creation and release system to allow a user to upload images and comments to a Web server in a free format with a feeling that the user keeps a diary every day. <P>SOLUTION: A control means 66 automatically generates pages whose reference is made possible on every upload date by upload units and user units for uploaded images and comments according to software stored in an ROM 67. Thus, it is not necessary to edit an album on a Web server by arranging the images and comments by upload units and user units, and it is not necessary to request a user who uploads the images and comments to perform any complicate operation in uploading them due to the editing operation of the Web server.
