PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in charging stability for continuous use and against environmental changes, capable of forming an image with little fog, filming or decrease in the image density for a long time, and to provide a method for forming a full-color image. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner comprises: toner particles containing a binder resin and a colorant, manufactured by a wet granulation method and having 3 to 8μm average particle size; and fine particles of a compound oxide containing two or more kinds of metal atoms selected from metal atoms belonging to groups 4A to 7A, group 8 and groups 1B to 4B, and having≤300 m<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface area.
