A side wrecker is provided to secure stable towing works by using a hydraulic machine and to prevent vehicles to be towed from being broken down by lifting directly tires from the underside thereof. A side wrecker is composed of a wrecker arm(1) extended or contracted; a hydraulic expansion jack(2) for preventing vehicles to be towed from being overturned; a hydraulic horizontal moving unit(3) for loading the vehicles to be towed; a hydraulic longitudinal moving unit(4) for making a gap between the wrecker arms wide or narrow; a hydraulic rotating unit(5) for receiving the wrecker arms; a wheel support unit(6) for lifting tires of the vehicles; and a wrecker body(7) for mounting a structure. The tires of the vehicles are lifted by the wrecker arms and the vehicles are loaded on the wrecker body by using the horizontal moving unit and the longitudinal moving unit.
