PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution discharging device capable of spotting multiple kinds of solutions on a solid phase at high speed. SOLUTION: The solution discharging device is provided with a first discharging means discharging a first solution, a second discharging means discharging a second solution having physical properties different from those of the first solution and a discharge controlling means controlling the discharge operations of the first discharging means and the second discharging means based on the physical properties of the first solution and the second solution. The discharge controlling means preferably controls the discharge rate, the discharge times and the like of the first solution and the second solution, and may control the first discharging means and the second discharging means based on the molar number of solutes contained in the first solution and the second solution.
