The cutting machine comprises the first comb-toothed cutting blade body (20) and the second comb-toothed cutting blade body (30) having unit edges (21) and (31) of the same quantities continuously formed thereon at equal pitches. The first comb-toothed cutting blade body (20) and the second comb-toothed cutting blade body (30) are overlapped with each other in the thickness direction, and the second comb-toothed cutting blade body (30) is vertically moved to drive it relative to the first comb-toothed cutting blade body (20).</p>
