PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling state detecting device of a grout material, a detector required therefor, a sheath pipe attached with a sensor, and a filling state confirming method of the grout material by using these, for reading its sensed information by a reader by a radiocommunication means, by sensing a filling state of the grout material in grout construction of a prestressed concrete structure, by the sensor installed in the sheath pipe. SOLUTION: This device detects a filling state of the grout material filled in the sheath pipe 4 in the grout construction in the prestressed concrete structure. The device has an embedded sensor part 2 and the reader 3 for sensing the existence of filling of the grout material.
