PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a support bearing from being broken during a test, in a bearing testing device for testing a test bearing by mounting the test bearing on a rotating shaft supported by the support bearing. SOLUTION: This bearing testing device 1 comprises the rotating shaft 2, a pair of test bearings 4, 5 for supporting rotatably the middle part 3 in the axial direction S of the rotating shaft 2, and first and second support bearings 8, 9 for supporting rotatably first and second parts 6, 7 in the axial direction S of the rotating shaft 2 respectively. Allowable load capacities C1, C2 of the first and second support bearings 8, 9 are set larger than the allowable load capacity C3 of each sample bearing 4, 5 (C1>C3, C2>C3).
