PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose information for a specific relay server while providing cryptographic communications of a call originating/terminating communication apparatus and to conduct more efficient cryptographic communications. SOLUTION: Two cryptographic keys are exchanged between call originating and terminating communication apparatuses, and the specific relay server owns any one key.
