As result each switched unit can be automatically identified by their main equipment (computer, for example). So, the peripheral / internal units can be switched to their main equipments without external drivers, which are usually contained in CD, The main equipment (PC) automatically identifies the integrated storage device (based mainly on the flesh memory) by means of the standard USB interface. In this case, the PC operating system have to be provided with the automatic identification function for all storage devices integrated in the peripheral / internal units, which can be switched to this PC. This principle allows periodical updating for drivers contained in the integrated storage devices. It is not possible, if the switched units completed with the usual CD containing the drivers. The previously recorded / once recordable external storage device (non-rewritable DVD-R, DVD) may be provided with the own integrated storage device based on flash memory. This integrated storage device stores any personal data (specific settings, for example) related with main information recorded on the disk.
