PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and simply assign information to an object within a photographing range. SOLUTION: An information transmission camera 11 includes: an imaging section 42 for imaging a scene including an object 10 and outputting a first image; an optical signal generator 30 for transmitting an optical signal including object information related to the object 10; an infrared ray imaging sensor 31 for imaging a reflected light of the optical signal to output a second image; an emitted position detection circuit 59 for detecting an emitted position of the optical signal in the first image; and an emitted position adjustment circuit 58 for changing an emitted position so as to emit the optical signal to the object 10. Emitting the optical signal to the object 10 assigns information to the object 10. An information reception camera 12 is provided with a decoding circuit 80 for decoding the optical signal into the object information and acquires the information by photographing the object 10.
