A sorting handler for a burn-in test is provided to improve sorting speed by holding and transferring devices while two insert/remove pickers reciprocally move at two directions of a main body. A rack(200) for mounting plural burn-in boards(B) is implemented on one side of a main body(101). A first loader(110) is implemented on one side of the main body to sequentially transfer plural trays(T) on a first loading stacker(111). A first unloader(115) transfers the tray from a tray mount stacker(117) to a front portion. The first unloader also receives tested devices and mounts the devices on a first unloading stacker(116). A second loader(120) and a second unloader(125) are aligned along with the first loader and the first unloader at the opposite side. The second unloader and the second loader have the same structures as the first unloader and the first loader. The second loader sequentially moves the tray from a second loading stacker(121) to a rear portion. The second unloader sequentially moves the tray from a rear tray mount stacker(127).
