A structure of a guide for mounting an air duct to a bus is provided to form coupling structures to an air carrier and an air duct for simplifying the coupling between the air carrier and the air duct while preventing movement of the air duct after the coupling. In a structure of a guide for mounting an air duct to a bus, a coupling element(30) includes a vertical element formed to an inner surface of an air duct vertically, and a horizontal element(34) formed to an end of the vertical element horizontally with respect to the inner surface of the air duct. A rim part protruded from an air carrier is formed with an insertion groove to be inserted by the coupling element. The height of the vertical element is equal to thickness of the rim part and width of the insertion groove is equal to thickness of the vertical element, thereby preventing movement of the coupling element in the vertical direction after the insertion.
