The block has a body (2) comprising a housing (3) arranged in a side of the body, where the block has a parallelepiped shape. A metallic tube (6) extends longitudinally between two longitudinal walls of the housing and is displaced with respect to the center of gravity of the body. The housing extends transversally from the side towards the interior of the body and longitudinally along the length of the body.
