The plate (6) has a support (8) for the fixation of an accessory (1). The plate is inserted between flange (5) of side rails (4) and external side of a post (7) of head (2) or foot (3) of a bed. The plate has holes opposite to corresponding holes disposed on the post and the flange. The posts of the head and the leg are connected by the rails, and ironworks are interposed between the rails and the posts.
