PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition achieving low heat generation without accompanying the deterioration of durability such as flexural fatigue. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a dienic rubber containing 10 to 40 pts.wt. of cis-1,4-polybutadiene modified with syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene, 30 to 35 pts.wt. of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (N<SB>2</SB>SA) of 20 to 50 m<SP>2</SP>/g, and 2 to 5 pts.wt. of Ketjen black having a DBP oil absorption of≥400 cm<SP>3</SP>/100g.
