PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a text data synchronous sound recording apparatus from which music data is easily taken out. SOLUTION: The text data synchronous sound recording apparatus receives broadcasting information in which music data and text data corresponding to the music data are multiplexed and which is broadcasted, and sound-records the music data and the text data corresponding to the music data synchronously, wherein the text data synchronous sound recording apparatus records music data in a sound recording track of a synchronous sound recording apparatus 7 under control by a sound control apparatus 8 receiving sound recording indication by a sound recording indicating apparatus 9, controls sound-recording so that the text data corresponding to the music data is recorded successively in the prescribed position of the sound recording track, for example, the end part of the sound recording track, and thus the music data and the text data corresponding to the music data are substantially synchronized and sound-recorded.
