PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet device capable of locating a pallet transported by a fork lift, pallet carriage, etc. in the specified position in the neighborhood of a processing machine accurately and quickly. SOLUTION: The pallet device 1 is composed of a master pallet 10 located relatively with a work takeout robot R, a plurality of sub-pallets 20 installed on the master pallet 10 and capable of intruding upon being located in the vertical direction and the left-right direction using a roller 13 and a hold-down plate 16 for locating about the vertical direction and a guide plate 15 for locating about the left-right direction, wherein each sub-pallet 20 is placed on the master pallet 10 upon being located in the fore-and-aft direction in such a manner as pinched by a stopper means 17 installed on the master pallet 10 and an engaging means 25 installed on the sub-pallet 20.
