<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce a user to buy a commodity and improve entertainment by increasing a chance of winning in a lottery as the user buys more and notifying the user of the present probability of winning in the lottery in a lottery system in a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: A winning probability variable is varied for each user in accordance with a commodity purchase history, and the lottery are drawn based on the probability variable.
