<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biochip comprising a metal substrate capable of locating a spot and in particular fitted to a surface plasmon resonance imaging method. <P>SOLUTION: The biochip has the array part formed on the metal substrate and is equipped with a marker describing the place of the spot.
