PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and stably regenerate a catalyst regeneration type particulate filter.

SOLUTION: In an exhaust emission control device 1 provided with a feeding device 3 for feeding combustion gas or raw fuel to an upstream side of the catalyst regeneration type particulate filter 2, the feeding device 3 is provided with an evaporating device 32 heating fuel injected from a fuel injector 31 and make the fuel evaporating fuel, a sending device 33 for sending evaporating fuel as air fuel mixture into an exhaust pipe 102 from the evaporating device 32, and an ignition device igniting air fuel mixture in the sending device 33. Air fuel mixture as raw fuel or combustion gas obtained by igniting air fuel mixture is fed to an upstream side of the particulate filter 2.
