PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwing machine of driving compressed-air allowing easy adjustment of output torque of an air motor and efficient sound absorption of exhaust noises. SOLUTION: In the screwing machine of driving compressed air, the compressed air is supplied to the air motor 4 for rotating and driving a screwdriver bit 9, and the screwdriver bit 9 is propelled and driven in the screwing direction to screw the screw. An exhaust passage 24 for exhausting the compressed air exhausted from the air motor 4 to the atmosphere is provided with an exhaust regulating valve 30 for varying and adjusting the cross sectional area of the exhaust passage 24, and the exhausted air amount discharged from the air motor 4 is varied and adjusted by the exhaust regulating valve 30.
