<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device as a whole, to reduce the number of components and to simplify a valve structure. <P>SOLUTION: Direction control valve devices 11, 61 are respectively composed of direction control valves 12, 62 and pressure compensation valves 32, 67. A check valve 45 and a shuttle valve 46 are longitudinally arranged in a valve element 37 of the pressure compensation valve 32, and the check valve 45 is mounted on a bottom part side of the valve element 37 in a state of being opened and closed. The pressure compensation valve 67 is similarly provided with a check valve 73 and a shuttle valve 74 in a valve element 70. Whereby the maximum load pressure between hydraulic cylinders 7, 8 is induced to hydraulic chambers 43, 72 of the pressure compensation valves 32, 67, and is also induced into a control pipe conduit 53 for controlling a capacity of a hydraulic pump 1.
