PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor for wet development having an excellent solvent resistance and an image forming apparatus equipped with such electrophotographic photoreceptor for wet development. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor for wet development is equipped with a photoreceptor layer including a binder resin, a charge generating agent, an electron transport material, and a hole transport material, in which the hole transport material is a diazo compound expressed by general formula (1) or (2).
