To allow a white light reproduction hologram and a data-use Fourier hologram to be recorded on the same holographic recording medium. A holographic recording medium (10) is constituted such that a white light reproduction holographic recording layer region (16) on which a white light reproduction hologram can be formed and which has a thickness of 2-80 µm and a Fourier holographic recording layer recording region (18) on which multiple holographic recording is possible and which has a thickness of 100 µm to 2 cm are provided on an almost same surface.
