FIELD: gas production equipment and methods, particularly apparatus for displacing, setting, locking, releasing or removing tools, packers or the like in boreholes or wells. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has body with grooves and toothed rings and level piston arranged into the body in upper part thereof. The lever piston is provided with shear bush and is connected with toothed bars through levers and slots. The toothed bars are arranged in the body and may be engaged with toothed rings formed on outer body side. Device also has upper set of toothed bars, cone to be movably joined with dies and lower set connected to lower body part by left-handed thread. Compensating cylindrical coil spring or several disk springs are arranged on the body between upper set and cone. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of contact between device and casing pipe. ^ 1 dwg |
