The invention relates to an installation for the thermoforming production of containers and for the positioning of decorative banderoles thereon. The inventive installation consists of (i) at least one assembly comprising a thermoforming chamber and an introduction chamber (34), said introduction chamber being connected to the thermoforming chamber, and (ii) means (36, 44, 46) of positioning a strip (26) close to the introduction chamber, in order to: cut a decorative banderole in said strip, place the banderole in the introduction chamber and transfer said banderole into the thermoforming chamber. The means used to place the banderole in the introduction chamber comprise a drive wheel (46) which is disposed in said chamber and which can be rotated and co-operate with the wall of the chamber, such that the banderole is gripped between the wheel and the aforementioned wall and is moved forward into the chamber. |
