PURPOSE: Provided is a method for forming a polymer membrane at the polymer tube head part of a polymer membrane ion selective electrode for measuring the ion concentration of an aqueous solution by the potential difference generated due tot he concentration change between polymer membranes comprising an electricity active material, a plasticizer and a polymer supporter, for the massive production and the miniaturization of a polymer membrane ion selective electrode. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of isolating the inside part of a penetration hole formed at the head part of the polymer tube(21) with a forming rod(22) to be inserted along the inner circumference of the polymer tube, to form a concave membrane forming groove(23); supplying a polymer membrane solution(24) dissolved in an organic solvent to allow it to stay in the membrane forming groove; evaporating the organic solvent to form a polymer membrane(25) at the membrane forming groove; and separating the forming rod inserted into the polymer tube.
