摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus and a fuel cell to allow very thin fuel cell stack devices to be prepared and to improve the efficiency of a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a current collector(104) for a fuel cell stack(105); and an electrode device(108) of the fuel cell stack which is adhered to the current collector as an evaporation deposited layer, wherein the current collector physically supports the fuel cell stack in the fuel cell, and has an aperture which allows the gas of the fuel cell(100) to flow from and into the electrode device. Preferably the apparatus comprises further an electrolyte(112) adhered to the electrode device as an evaporation deposited layer, and/or the following electrode device(116) adhered to the electrolyte as an evaporation deposited layer. Preferably the electrolyte is a layer having a thickness of about 1-5 micrometers.
