PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin hull type stencil printing machine in which maintenance properties are improved and the color of an ink can be changed by a simple work, and when a printing unit is mounted and removed, the printing unit can be always mounted under a condition where an apex fitting part of an original paper of a stencil printing plate is at an appropriate initial reference position. SOLUTION: The printing unit 10 equipped with an ink roller 9 and a rotating roller 8 rotatably supported by a printing unit frame 1, and the original paper 14 of the stencil printing plate wound over between both rollers 8 and 9, are freely removably mounted in a printing machine main body 1. The printing unit 10 is provided with a positioning mechanism 80 which locks the apex fitting part 14a of the original paper 14 of the stencil printing plate at the initial reference position, and an inputting part 81 for taking in a driving power from the outside. The printing machine main body 1 is provided with a driving source and a driving power outputting part for the unit. The driving power outputting part and the unit inputting part 81 are mounted and removed by a joint mechanism comprising a projection, a hole and the like to which the apex fitting part 14a of the original paper 14 of the stencil printing plate engages only when it is at the initial reference position.
