PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a lusterless heat-transcription film is provided to improve the productivity and reduce cost by completely automating the production of a lusterless-pattern textile, wherein the lusterless heat-transcription film forms lusterless patterns on a textile. CONSTITUTION: The lusterless heat transcription film for forming patterns on a textile consists of a base film(10), a release layer(20), a lusterless coating layer(30), and a colored layer(40) in sequence. The lusterless heat transcription film is manufactured by the steps of: winding the base film(10) on a press roller; applying a release layer(20) to the base film(10) in a constant thickness; heat-drying the base film(10) coated with the release layer(20) in a heater; forming a lusterless coating layer(30) on the base film(10); drying the film by a cooler; applying a colored layer(40) to the film; drying the film by a cooler; and winding the film on a winder.
