<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cleansing sterilizing liquid efficiently producible without causing any waste, to provide a method and an apparatus for producing the same, to provide a cleansing sterilizing instrument therefor, and to provide a highly convenient moistening material for cleansing and sterilizing use. <P>SOLUTION: The cleansing sterilizing instrument comprises an ion-eluting unit 5 and a spraying section 6. In this instrument, the ion-eluting unit 5 works as follows: Metal ions( e.g. silver ions ) are eluted from a metallic carrier( metallic electrode ) in a volatile sterilizing solvent( e.g. alcohol or a petroleum-based solvent ) fed from a solvent container 2 to form the cleansing sterilizing liquid comprising the sterilizing solvent and the metal ions. The spraying section works as follows: By spraying the cleansing sterilizing liquid on object(s) to be cleansed ( e.g. finger(s) ), the object(s) can be imparted with a future antibacterial effect owing to the metal ions. The moistening material( e.g. cotton ball, gauze ) impregnated with the cleansing sterilizing liquid is also provided. Owing to this moistening material, the antibacterial effect by the remaining metal ions can be afforded even if the above sterilizing solvent is volatilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
