PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core steel plate for realizing high speed rotation using an electromagnetic steel plate of low iron loss. SOLUTION: Two magnet holes 2 and 3 are provided in order to insert two magnets per pole. A stripe center bridge part 16 facing the magnet holes 2 and 3 is provided with neck parts 5 and 6 having a width narrower than the width W0 at the center bridge part 16.
