PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorption panel in which, even when a radio wave arrival plane of a ceiling plane, etc. is installed downward, an invasion of rainwater or dust into the interior of a panel is prevented and a radio wave absorption performance can be maintained. SOLUTION: Protection members 2 of which one side is released respectively are fitted into a strength retaining member 1, whereby the released one of the protection member 2 which is installed upward is coated with the strength retaining member 1, and the invasion of rainwater or dust due to gravity can be prevented. Further, the strength retaining member 1 is composed of metal to increase its strength, and also the strength retaining member 1 functions also as a radio wave reflector, thereby reliably shielding an unwanted radio wave by a radio wave absorption panel 10.
