PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sling type nursing strap gentle to the body of an infant when the infant is held and capable of sanitarily adapting to perspiration and stains. SOLUTION: The sling type nursing strap 1 is provided with both a sling body 2 capable of being worn across one's chest and a liner 3 detachably superposed inside at least in a region of the sling body 2 for holding the infant. By selecting a material soft and comfortable to wear as the liner 3, the infant can be held in a comfortable condition. By removing the liner 3 from the sling body 2 and replacing it with a clean liner after washing etc. when the liner 3 absorbs perspiration of the infant or is stained at nursing etc., the infant can be continuously held in a comfortable condition.
