PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removing device capable of surely removing a foreign matter caught in a hot water flow channel of a floor heating panel. SOLUTION: This foreign matter removing device for the floor heating panel comprises a compressed air supply source 54 for supplying the compressed air to the hot water flow channel 18 of the floor heating panel 4, and a water supply source 56 for supplying the water to the hot water flow channel 18. The compressed air from the compressed air supply source 54 is supplied to the hot water flow channel 18, the water from the water supply source 56 is sent to the compressed air supplied to the hot water flow channel 18, the granular water is conveyed through the hot water flow channel 18 by the flow of the compressed air, the collision by the water, the compressed air and the turbulent flow by the water are acted on the caught foreign matter, so that the foreign matter is discharged by these actions.
