PURPOSE:To enable to hold the number of revolutions of an engine stably always, by a method wherein a control amount is set up according to electric loading capacity which is turned into a loaded state of an engine, and an air amount or air-fuel mixture amount to be fed to the engine is adjusted based on its control. CONSTITUTION:When an engine 10 is started load signals from electric loading (a), such as a cooling water temperature by a water termperature sensor 19, an intake air temperature, a blower, a light and a defogger are read in a control circuit 17. Then, a matter that whether the electric loading has been varried or not is discriminated first, and when it is revealed to be YES a different control value DELTAD is calculated according to an electric loading signal. Then, a value of a previous control amount D corrected by DELTAD is obtained as a control amount D', and an electrification amount to a solenoid coil 43 of a solenoid valve 42 is controlled. In this way, a number of revolutions for smooth idling is maintained by adjusting the opening degree of a valve plug 27 and an air flow flowing through pipes 32 and 33 detouring around a throttle valve 16 by regulating pressure inside a diaphragm chamber 29 of an air control valve 22. |
