PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire attaching/detaching device that has a mounting part such as a chuck for mounting and rotating a wheel at the tip of a rocking arm and two bead rollers for pressing side surfaces of a rotating tire, has an arm for mounting the bead rollers on the same surface as the center of the mounting part of the arm tip, and allows the mounted wheel to be moved and or disposed at the positions of the bead rollers without telescoping the arms of the bead rollers. SOLUTION: The length of the arm 2 is made adjustable without telescoping the arms of the bead rollers 3a and 3b, the arm 2 is formed of an inner arm 22 and an outer arm 23, and a hydraulic cylinder 24 stored in an internal space is telescopable.
