PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of a SPICE parameter by accurately measuring the propagation delay time of a logic circuit. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a ring oscillator 7 which contains a logic circuit 1 and a reset circuit 2, a frequency divider 4 which inputs the output of the reset circuit 2, and a buffer circuit 5 which inputs an output from the frequency divider 4. Here, a terminal (a first VDDside terminal 8) for supplying a power source voltage to the ring oscillator 7, and a terminal (a first VSSside terminal 9) for grounding the ring oscillator 7, are provided separately from a terminal (a second VDDside terminal 10 and a second VSSside terminal 11) of the other element.
