摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a roller-bearing manufacturing method for forging cut portions of bearing work cut to a certain length by rotary dropping shock to improve stiffness of a completed bearing and workability. CONSTITUTION: In a bearing manufacturing method comprising a work cutting process, a cut portion processing process, a heat treatment process and a finishing process, the roller-bearing manufacturing method is characterized in that the cut portion processing process comprises a dropping forging process(210) of putting cut portions of a bearing work(10) into a rotary body(211) on the inner wall of which buckets are installed in an equal distance, thereby rotationally dropping the cut portions in the rotary body for a certain period of time such that the cut portions are forged in a curved surface shape by dropping and reciprocal collision; a surface polishing process(220) of polishing thus removing scratches formed on the surface of the bearing work generated in the dropping forging process by putting a bearing work of which cut portions are forged in a curved surface shape through the dropping forging process into a rotary drum together with processing stones(222) and water; and an outer diameter grinding process(230) of grinding thus removing a forging processed portion having thick diameter of a bearing work of which surface is smoothly polished through the surface polishing process compared with thickness of the bearing work in the dropping forging process.
